Be You VIP Club is a monthly subscription program created by Be You Concept Beauty, designed for clients seeking exclusive advantages, scheduling priority, and continuous benefits on services and products.

​

Enrollment in the club constitutes a contract for the provision of continuous services with recurring payment, governed by applicable Portuguese legislation, namely Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14th (contracts concluded at a distance and away from business premises) and Decree-Law no. 446/85 (general contractual clauses).

By joining the program, the client declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.

2. Nature of the Subscription

• The monthly fee paid corresponds to the club membership and access to the benefits described in the chosen plan.

• The amount may be used for services and consumption within Be You Concept Beauty, in accordance with the program's internal rules.

• Benefits are personal, non-transferable, and not convertible into cash, except where expressly indicated.

3. Recurring Payment

• The subscription operates on a monthly automatic payment basis, through the payment method indicated at the time of enrollment.

• The client expressly authorizes monthly billing as long as the contract remains active.

4. Minimum Commitment Period

• Light and Plus Plans: 6-month minimum commitment.

• VIP Plan: 12-month minimum commitment.

In the event of cancellation before the end of the minimum commitment period:

• Payment for benefits already enjoyed based on the applied discount may be required; or

• Proportional settlement of values already used may be required, according to the company's internal assessment.

5. Cancellation

• Cancellation of the subscription must be requested with a minimum notice period of 30 days (Light and Plus Plans) or 60 days (VIP Plan).

• Cancellation only takes effect after the settlement of any outstanding balances or adjustments resulting from benefits already used.

• During the notice period, the subscription remains active.

6. Use of Benefits

• Discounts apply only to services and products performed at Be You Concept Beauty.

• Not combinable with other campaigns or promotions, unless expressly stated.

• Benefits are not convertible into cash and are non-refundable.

7. Legal Protection, Transparency, and Misuse

Enrollment in the Be You VIP Club implies full acceptance of the conditions presented, which constitute a valid and binding contract.

For legal purposes and protection against payment disputes (chargebacks), it is expressly agreed that:

• The service provided consists of access to continuous monthly benefits;

• The amounts paid correspond to the immediate availability of the advantages program;

• Benefits can be used immediately upon activation of the subscription;

• The partial or total use of the benefits implies acceptance of the service provided during the corresponding period.

Be You Concept Beauty reserves the right to present proof of enrollment, use of benefits, and accepted terms in any dispute with financial institutions.

8. Program Changes
Be You Concept Beauty reserves the right to update, improve, or adjust the benefits of the Be You VIP Club, always ensuring prior communication to active clients.

9. Acceptance
By joining the Be You VIP Club, the client declares that they:

• Have read and understood all terms;

• Accept the commitment and cancellation conditions;

• Authorize recurring payments;

• Acknowledge the contractual nature of the program.

GENERAL TERMS

​

At Be You Concept Beauty, each service is provided exclusively, with reserved time, technical preparation, and individual dedication to every client.

​

This policy is defined under applicable Portuguese legislation, namely the general regime for service provision contracts, the General Contractual Clauses Law (Decree-Law no. 446/85, of October 25th), and the framework for consumer contracts provided in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14th.

​

By making an appointment, the client declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the conditions described below.​

1. Booking and Appointment Confirmation

​

To guarantee the time slot and exclusivity of the service, a deposit corresponding to 25% of the total service value may be requested.

​

The appointment will only be considered valid and confirmed after the payment of the said deposit.

​

This amount is deducted from the final price of the service on the day it is performed.

2. Cancellations and Changes

​

Any cancellation or request for change must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

​

Within this period:

• The deposit amount may be transferred to a new booking; or

• A potential refund may be analyzed, where legally applicable.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

​

In the event of:

• Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice;

• Non-attendance (“no-show”);

• Impossibility of performing the service due to a significant delay by the client;

The amount paid as a deposit will be retained as compensation, as the time slot was reserved exclusively and cannot be reoccupied in a timely manner.

4. Punctuality

​

Punctuality is essential to ensure the quality and flow of our schedule.

​

Delays may result in:

• Reduction of service time;

• Adaptation of the scheduled service;

• Or, if the procedure cannot be performed, the application of the deposit forfeiture policy.
